What are my options for payment?
You can purchase materials using Westwood bucks or a personal credit card. When completing an order and checking out, select whether you will be using points or a credit card. The credit card will be charged once the order is fulfilled. The store can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
What if I need my order sent sooner than the weekly shipment?
First, make sure that you are ordering items that are in stock, not on demand. On-demand items require time to produce, so their timeline cannot be rushed. If you are ordering an in-stock item, send your order number and reason for expedited shipping to communications@westwoodps.com for approval.
How do I return or exchange an item?
If an item is defective, please contact 877.585.6452 or email customerservice@acreativeresource.com. If an item doesn’t fit properly or for some other reason you would like to return it, contact communications@westwoodps.com.
